[Busch Entertainment Group]Busch Entertainment Corp moving its corporate headquarters from St. Louis to Orlando, Fla by July 2008 just announced his partnership with Dubai developer Nakheel to create the Worlds of Discovery - a complex that will include SeaWorld, Aquatica, Busch Gardens and Discovery Cove.
Nakheel is providing the capital to build and operate the parks, with Busch Entertainment licensing the brands and operating the parks under a management contract.
All four Bush Theme parks will be on the Palm Jebel and will sit on a Shamu-shaped island in a 5-mile string of fill islands off Dubai.
Expected to open in 2012, the parks will be Busch Entertainment's first outside the U.S.
