When completed in 2011, the phenomenal Chicago Spire will be the world’s tallest residential building and the tallest building of any kind in the western world.

The building was designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava and is being developed by Garrett Kelleher of Shelbourne Development Group, Inc.
